At Sekura.id, Harmeen serves as a Strategic Advisor, leveraging her deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, and digital innovation to guide the company’s growth and expansion. Her focus includes scaling mobile identity solutions to new markets, advancing Open Gateway as a revenue stream for telecom operators, and helping Sekura.id become a trusted partner for large enterprises.
Previously, Harmeen held prominent leadership roles, including Group CIO and CEO of the Cloud & Security Business at Bharti Airtel, where she launched disruptive digital ventures, such as a digital payments bank, and built six additional businesses from scratch. Her career also includes senior executive positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BBVA, and HSBC, as well as advisory roles with British Airways and Qantas.
Widely recognised for her contributions to technology and innovation, Harmeen has been named Women of the Decade in Innovation & Leadership by the Women Economic Forum, received the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award, and was honoured as Global CIO of the Year by TM Forum.
