Call Forward is a service which highlights call setting anomalies which can provide insight during a customer journey involving an outbound call. Builds trust in the customer and highlight anomalies in the mobile number that could cause concern and flag a potential scam in realtime. Gives a definitive response to understand if the Call Forward setting on the device has been enabled – a potential fraud signal.

Secure fraud signals

Call Forward uses exclusively secure mobile network data to provide a mobile status direct from the mobile operator/carrier. Cannot be spoofed by an individual or device malware; the signal comes live from the mobile operator and can be trusted to give accurate forwarding status.

Real-time data

Real-time notification of the current mobile call forward setting on a user's mobile device.

When a business makes an outbound call to a customer, this could be the result of a high-risk transaction or event.

Call forward

Call Forward will indicate if there is any cause for concern when placing that call in terms of where that outbound call lands, such as a scammer’s phone. Call Forward ensures the call hasn’t been diverted to a device/ number that is not in possession of the intended individual.
