As the Chief of Staff, my role is dynamic and multifaceted; in my role, I am the go-to person for a diverse range of responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring the seamless operation and growth of our forever-growing organisation.

I manage the company’s finances, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth and create and track budgets. Whilst always on the lookout for new business opportunities that align with Sekura.id’s mission and values, I’m committed to fostering a strong and cohesive organisational culture, which involves supporting our leadership team, providing strategic guidance, and enhancing our operational efficiency.

One of the key parts of my role that I really enjoy is to prepare and welcome Sekura.id’s many new starters, giving them all the tools they need to hit the ground running.

I also manage critical projects, optimise processes, coordinate the execution of the company’s strategic vision and act as a right-hand to our amazing CEO. By doing so, I like to think I help our team ensure the continued success and growth of Sekura.id.

Adjacent to my day-to-day role, I am proud to be involved with Women in Technology and am a Journeyman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists with a wonderful mentor who keeps me on the right path and grounds me allowing me to reach my full potential in business.
